Head to a local pumpkin patch

Nothing says fall like a trip to a charming local farm to pick the perfect pumpkin. Spend a few hours soaking up fall New England weather along with gorgeous foliage, hayrides, and plenty of hot apple cider.

Tours are led by costumed “gravediggers” who tell haunted tales and strange discoveries, including the Day of Darkness, the North End tunnels, and the Lady in Black. There’s also a chilling visit to two of the city’s oldest graveyards – some dating back more than 400 years.

Get spooked at Barrett’s Haunted Mansion

If you love a good scare, you don’t want to miss out on a trip to Barrett’s Haunted Mansion. This haunted house has 30 years of horror and is sure to bring your worst nightmares to life. Barrett’s is open from 7:00PM to 10:30PM on weekdays and 7:00PM to 11:00PM on weekends.
